  1. June – Two players qualify based on the best scores in the first Individual Qualifier Event.
  2. July – Two different players (who didn’t already qualify) are selected based on the second Individual Qualifier Event.
  3. August – These four players form the facility's team and compete in the Team Qualifier Event.
  4. September – The Top 22 teams from all Team Qualifiers advance to the National Event (round-robin format).
  5. October – The Top 4 teams from the National Event go on to compete in the GOLFZON Tour Championship Finals at Champions Retreat in Georgia .
